The Woonwolk is growing, and our aspirations for living together are growing alongside it! ☁️ Since its start more than two years ago, our members and our vision for the future have become increasingly concrete. On 5 October, we organised a workshop on the Housing Programme to ensure that our wishes for the Woonwolk are well reflected.

While developing the Preliminary Design (VO), we noticed that our housing wishes, like ourselves, have matured 😉. So we came together to re-examine the Housing Programme.

Is the current building layout future-proof enough? What if more Woonwolk babies are born? And what if we become less mobile in the future? In the inspiring setting of Truus' school, we brainstormed together on how to ensure that the Woonwolk is future-proof so we can build a strong community.

What has been adjusted? 🏡

We discussed some questions on accessibility with our architect to ensure that the Woonwolk remains an accessible place for everyone. We also decided to create more space for future family expansion, so we’ve added medium-sized homes to the building layout:

• 8 units of 50m²

• 6 units of 70m²
